Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses accepted

International Shipping:

  • Currently available to Canada, UK, Australia, and select European countries
  • International shipping rates calculated at checkout

📦 Order Processing

Processing Time:

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM PST ship the same day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends ship the next business day
  • Processing may take 1-2 additional days during peak seasons

📍 Delivery Information

Delivery Requirements:

  • Someone must be present to sign for packages over $150 in value
  • If you're not available, the carrier will leave a delivery notice
  • Packages may be left with a neighbor or at a pickup location
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if the order hasn't shipped yet - contact us immediately.
