Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Important Note:

The 30-day period begins from the date of delivery confirmation, not the purchase date. Please keep your delivery confirmation for reference.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging when possible
  • No signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items must be free from any odors (perfume, smoke, etc.)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Undergarments and intimate apparel
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Items you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the items (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package your items with the RMA number clearly visible and ship to our returns center using the provided label.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned items:

  • Inspection: 1-3 business days
  • Refund Processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: 5-10 business days (varies by financial institution)

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items that show signs of use, missing tags, or slight damage that doesn't warrant a full return denial.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Color exchanges (subject to availability)
  • Defective items

Exchange requests follow the same process as returns. If the desired item is unavailable, we'll process a full refund instead.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping

  • Defective/Wrong Item: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping (typically $8-15 domestic)
  • Size/Color Exchange: Customer pays return shipping; we cover new shipment

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damage/defect
  • We'll expedite a replacement or full refund
  • No need to return the defective item in most cases

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vale Forever is not responsible for packages once they're delivered to the address provided. However, we'll work with you to:

  • Track your package with the carrier
  • File claims when appropriate
  • Provide assistance in resolving delivery issues

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
